Minor League
Minor League is open to all youth in grades 4, 5 and 6. Minor League meets
monthly, normally on the 3rd Sunday of the month from 2-4 p.m. for different
fun events. Our goal is to get to know each other better as part of the
family of God and grow in our faith!
Junior League
God sends a message through Paul who was writing to Timothy, for each
of us. He writes "Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young,
but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith
and in purity." - 1 Timothy 4:12.
God tells us that instead of letting someone look down on us simply because
of our age, that we are to SET AN EXAMPLE by our FAITH. Our call is to
set that EXAMPLE in our FAITH, in LOVE, in LIFE, in our SPEECH, and in
our ACTION. Here at the LCGS, we try to explore what it means to set that
example by our faith and discover how we can do that.
All Jr. Highers are invited to attend all of these happenings at LCGS
and go crazy with a community of believers! Jr. High League meets Wednesday
from 6:00-7:30 p.m. for lots of fun while hanging out with each other,
reaching out and serving others, worshipping God, and chatting with each
other.
Jr. Highers also meet for youth choir on Wednesday nights from 7:30-8:15
p.m.
Senior League
"Just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members
do not all have the same function, so in Christ we who are many form one
body, and each member belongs to all the others." Romans 12:4-5.
Senior Highers at LCGS meet twice a week to deepen our faith in Christ,
grow closer to one another, and figure out what role God calls us to have
in the body of Christ. Senior High League meets Wednesday Nights from
8:15-9:30 for lots of fun while worshipping, playing, hanging out, chatting,
and serving others.
Sunday Night Live (SNL) is a Senior High Bible Study that meets every
Sunday night from 7:00-8:30 p.m. in the back room at Noah's coffee house.
All you need to bring is yourself and a Bible.
Youth Choir meets every Wednesday night from 7:30-8:15 and all Sr. Highers
are invited to attend!
Sr. League meets Wednesdays for youth activities starting at 8:00 p.m.
Sr. High also meets weekly for bible study on Thursdays at 6:30 a.m. (Noah's)
and at 7:00 p.m. (Perkins) Sunday evening.
